Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers, promote products/services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer support, sales, and inquiries.
  2. Generate leads, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.
  3. Resolve customer issues, provide product information, and maintain records.
